toknless
Desktop app

Figuring out AI is a full-time job. You already have one.

toknless optimizes your LLM for you — the right model for each task, the right context loaded, nothing to learn. Less time steering it. A smaller bill for running it. Bring your Pro/Max subscription, your API key, or any Anthropic-compatible provider. Your code stays on your machine.

v0.4.2 — Windows & Linux — also .deb / .rpm · 7-day free trial, then $9/mo

Before you run the app

  • First launch asks you to create an account (email and password), then to start your 7-day free trial. No card required, and no key to paste — nothing is charged for 7 days.
  • toknless runs your Claude — install Claude Code, then sign in with your Pro/Max login or paste an API key. Kimi, DeepSeek, GLM, and MiniMax plug in from the setup screen. It doesn't replace Claude, it makes it go further.
  • No Claude Code yet? Install with npm i -g @anthropic-ai/claude-code, then run claude once and log in.
  • Installs per-user — no admin prompt. Your history stays local and survives updates.
Windows will warn you twice. Both are expected. Our code-signing certificate is new, and Microsoft SmartScreen rates downloads partly on how many people have already installed them — so a brand-new app is always “uncommon” for a while, signed or not.

1. While downloading: Edge or Chrome says “isn’t commonly downloaded.” Choose Keep. Until you do, the browser parks the file as Unconfirmed ….crdownload and never renames it — that half-finished file is the warning, not a failed download.
2. On first launch: “Windows protected your PC.” Click More info → Run anyway.

The installer is signed by Kade Lookebill (Prolific Automation), timestamped by Microsoft — you can confirm it yourself under file Properties → Digital Signatures before running it.
